おはようございます！今日も一日頑張りましょうね。

まずは、起床して布団を片付け、体重を測りました。その後、パンとコーヒーをいただいて、ママにお線香を供えました。洗濯機も回しておきましたよ。

予定通り、10時15分から11時15分までデリドに買い物に行って、洗濯物を干してきました。

11時15分から12時15分までは、ボンゴレスパゲッティーを作りました。美那子ちゃんに作ってもらったので、美味しかったです！

12時15分から13時までは、第38回介護福祉士問題見直しを問題74番まで見直しました。

13時から14時までは、英語検定4級の勉強をしました。少しずつ頑張っていきましょうね。

14時から15時までは、夕食に麻婆豆腐定食を作り、食べました。美那子ちゃんには、チンジャオロースを作ってもらって、一緒に食べました。どちらも美味しかったです！

15時から16時までは、お風呂場を洗ってシャワーを浴びました。さっぱりしました！

16時から16時30分までは、居室、寝室、廊下、トイレ、洗面所、洗濯機の掃除をしました。

16時30分から17時30分までは、徳光さんのテレビに森泉さんが出演していました。アルパカを連れて散歩していて、とても可愛かったです！

最後に、17時30分から17時56分までは、日本語と英語の日記を書いて、ホームページに掲載しました。

Good morning! Let's do our best today too.

First, I woke up, tidied up my futon, and weighed myself. After that, I had bread and coffee and offered incense for Mum. I also started the washing machine.

As planned, I went shopping at Delido from 10:15 to 11:15 and hung out the laundry.

From 11:15 to 12:15, I made spaghetti vongole. Minako-chan made it for me, and it was delicious!

From 12:15 to 1:00, I reviewed the 38th Certified Care Worker Examination questions up to question 74.

From 1:00 to 2:00, I studied for the English Proficiency Test Level 4. Let's work hard, little by little.

From 2:00 to 3:00, I made and ate mapo tofu set meal for dinner. Minako-chan made stir-fried pork with green peppers, and we ate it together. Both were delicious!

From 3:00 to 4:00 PM, I washed the bathroom and took a shower. I felt so refreshed!

From 4:00 to 4:30 PM, I cleaned the living room, bedroom, hallway, toilet, bathroom, and washing machine.

From 4:30 to 5:30 PM, Mori Izumi appeared on Tokumitsu's TV show. She was walking her alpacas, and it was so cute!

Finally, from 5:30 to 5:56 PM, I wrote a diary in Japanese and English and posted it on the website.
