２０２６年４月１日（水）☔️

午前9時頃、ゆっくりと起床して、布団を片付けて、体重を測って、パンとコーヒーをいただいて、洗濯機を回したよ。

🐢の空さんの水を取り替えて、餌をやりお風呂場で遊ばせたら、とても喜んで、はっしいでました。洗濯物を干し、第２回目の洗濯機を回したよ。

午前11時頃、デリドに買い物に行って、第2回目の洗濯物を干してきたよ！

お昼ごはんに、鯖とほうれん草ともやしのお味噌汁を二人分作っちゃったよ！。美味しかったです

午後１時頃、雨が降り始めたから、洗濯物を部屋の中に取り込んだよ。

午後２時頃、お風呂場をピカピカにして、シャワーを浴びてさっぱりしたよ！シャワーを浴びました

午後３時頃、夕食に醤油もやしとチャーシューラーメンを食べたよ！

午後４時頃、スケジュール帳を作ったよ

午後５時頃、日本語と英語の日記を書いたよ！

Around 9 AM, I woke up slowly, tidied up my futon, weighed myself, had bread and coffee, and started the washing machine.

I changed the water for Sora the turtle, fed him, and let him play in the bathroom. He was very happy and ran around excitedly. I hung up the laundry and started the second load of washing machine.

Around 11 AM, I went shopping at Delido and hung up the second load of laundry!

For lunch, I made two servings of miso soup with mackerel, spinach, and bean sprouts! It was delicious.

Around 1 PM, it started raining, so I brought the laundry inside.

Around 2 PM, I cleaned the bathroom until it was sparkling clean and took a refreshing shower! I took a shower.

Around 3 PM, I had soy sauce bean sprouts and char siu ramen for dinner!

Around 4 PM, I made my schedule book.

Around 5 PM, I wrote in my diary in Japanese and English!
