一日を通して美味しい食事を堪能しました

今日は、いくら、シラス丼を作りました

今日はちょっと時間がかかっちゃった一日でした。

２０２６年４月９日（木）☁️後☀️

おはよう！布団を片付けて、服を着替え、その後、美那子ちゃんに作って貰った、サラダと納豆を朝食にいただき、アイスコーヒーを飲みました。

洗濯機を回しながら株式市場を開けたよ。上がってくれるといいな。ハンバーグイタリアンは朝の１０時頃に作ったよ。

午前１１時頃洗濯物を干し、英検準２級単語編を勉強したよ。とても楽しい時間でしたよそれから第２回目の洗濯機も回しました。

本日、１２時頃、洗濯物を干した後、ライフに買い物に出かけました。

午後１時、美那子ちゃんとテレビ見たよ。

本日午後２時頃、you tubeで準２級レベルの英単語を聞き流しました。

本日の午後３時頃、いくらとシラスをたっぷり載せた丼とアサリのお味噌汁を作りました。新鮮な海の幸の風味が広がり、とても美味しくいただきました。続けて、洗濯物を片付けました。

午後４時頃、お風呂場を洗い、その後シャワーを浴びました。とてもさっぱりしました。

午後五時頃、渡る世間は鬼ばかりのテレビ番組を見ました。家族の優しさと厳しさがしっかり伝わり、心に響く時間でした。

午後６時頃、スケジュール帳を作成しました！とても役に立っており、日記にも活用させていただいています。

午後７時頃、日本語と英語の両方で日記を書いたよ！静かな時間の中で自分の思考や１日の出来事を二つの言語で表現するのは、とても新鮮で心地よい体験です

Good morning! I tidied up my futon, changed my clothes, and then had a salad and natto for breakfast that Minako-chan made for me, along with some iced coffee.

I opened the stock market while the washing machine was running. I hope it goes up. I made the Italian hamburger steak around 10 AM.

Around 11 AM, I hung up the laundry and studied vocabulary for the Eiken Pre-2nd Grade English proficiency test. It was a very enjoyable time. Then I started the washing machine for the second time.

Around 12 PM today, after hanging up the laundry, I went shopping at Life.

At 1 PM, I watched TV with Minako-chan.

Around 2 PM today, I listened to Pre-2nd Grade English vocabulary on YouTube.

Around 3 PM today, I made a rice bowl topped with plenty of salmon roe and whitebait, and clam miso soup. The fresh seafood flavors spread throughout, and it was very delicious. Afterwards, I put away the laundry.

Around 4 PM, I cleaned the bathroom and then took a shower. I feel so refreshed.

Around 5 PM, I watched the TV show "Wataru Seken wa Oni Bakari" (The World is Full of Demons). The kindness and strictness of the family were clearly conveyed, and it was a very moving experience.

Around 6 PM, I created a schedule book! It's been very useful, and I'm also using it for my diary.

Around 7 PM, I wrote in my diary in both Japanese and English! Expressing my thoughts and the events of the day in two languages during quiet time is a very refreshing and pleasant experience.
