おはようございます。朝の10時です。布団を片付け、服を着替えた後、美那子ちゃんからいただいたサラダ、りんごパン、チョコレートクロワッサンをそれぞれ1個ずつ朝食に食べ、アイスコーヒーを飲みました。美味しかったです。午前11時頃、appleのコーディネーターとお話をして、chat gptについて幾つか教えてもらいました。ありがとうございました。午後12時頃、chat gptを使って1週間のメニューを幾つか調べてみました。午後1時頃、うなぎ、ホタテ、イカの炊き込みご飯を作りました。いかの香りと旨みがしっかりとご飯に染み込み、とても美味しく仕上がりました。午後2時頃、ライフに買い物に行き、ツナ缶や食パン、きゅうりを購入しました。午後3時頃、介護福祉士の勉強をちょっとした時間だけしました。今日はとても晴れた1日でした。午後4時に家を出て、3人で散歩をしている途中、八重桜が満開でとても綺麗でした。ママの墓参りにお菓子を供えて、夜はそのまま4人で池袋で美那子ちゃんの誕生日パーティーを行い、楽しい1日を過ごしました。
